Ten minutes later she saw a little puddle of water under the syringe tip. She said,This syringe must be broken. It's leaking. But the syringe wasn’t broken. What do you think caused the little puddle of water to appear under the syringe tip?

The heating of the water in the syringe left in the sun caused the water to expand, increased the pressure on the inside of the syringe and pushed a little out.
