L = 3W - 11 substitute into 1st equation

2(3W-11) + 2W = 202 expand, simplify and solve for W

6W -22 + 2W = 202

8W = 224

W = 224/8 = 28

L=3W-11 = 3(28)-11 = 84-11 = 73

W = 28 feet, L= 73 feet

2(W+L)= 2(28+73) = 2(101) = 202
