what is exploited working class

The exploited working class is referring to Americans who make minimum wage working government jobs that do not require a college education and are unionized with benefits. Because working class Americans have less education, income, and opportunities both for success and in general than those who work higher-paying, more self-guided jobs that do require a college degree, they are at the mercy of the federal government at all times. If the federal government cuts funding and benefits for certain jobs performed by the working class, those employees suddenly get laid off, are out of work, and become impoverished citizens, even though those employees can qualify for unemployment via application therefor with the federal government. In the event of working class employees feeling exploited on the job: being that working class jobs are union jobs and the employees are therefore union workers with rights, they can subsequently unite, go on strike, and demand higher wages with stronger benefits, all in an effort to uphold their rightful workers rights at all times, in the event that those rights (healthy working conditions—especially in questionably unsanitary underground factory jobs involving employees operating dangerous machinery all day long, overtime pay being rewarded, required daily lunch and coffee breaks taken in full, paid vacations and sick days granted) become threatened by the powers that be who try to take advantage of their less educated, seemingly naive employees. Because the working class of the United States of America are the first economic demographic of the country to have their jobs removed (I.e. get replaced by machines/computers), their salaries cut, and their opportunities for basic human survival deleted, they are frequently the first class of employees to become exploited for all of the reasons outlined above.
