Remember that each roll in the matrix corresponds to one variable, the first one is x, the second is y and the third is z.
Also remember that each number in the augmented matrix corresponds to the coefficient of the variables.
(Eq1) 2x - 3y + z = 5
(Eq2) -x + 4y + 8z = 13
(Eq3) 6y - 2z = 9
Note that in Eq 3 x is not present because it has coefficient zero.
