Using your TI-84 Plus CE or equivalent, you can curve-fit the data points through a variety of options to try to find one with a perfect fit. It turns out a 4th degree polynomial works.
f(x) = 2/27x4 + 8/27x3 + 16/27x2 + 28/27x + 2
