Hi Bobby,
So we know that 3/5 doctors use the brand X medicine. We also know that 3/5 is the same as 60/100 or 60%. Therefore we know 60% of the 2000 doctors use the brand X aspirins. We are able to solve for this number by simply multiplying .60*2000.
.60*2000=1200
