Let N = total number of fruit buns sold.
3N/5 were sold in the morning and N/4 in the afternoon.
Note that 200 more buns were sold in the morning vs the afternoon, so the afternoon sales are 200 - N/4.
3N/5 - 200 + N/4 ==> 3N/5 + N/4 = 200
