Look at a z-score table for a standard normal curve. The probabiliy of z = 2.01 is 0.4778 and 0.52 is = 0.1985. Since z = -0.52 is negative and therefore to the left of the mean (z = 0), and z = 2.01 is to the right, add these two probabilities for your answer.
