Close your eyes and LISTEN, just listen, if you do not see his face you can here the concern in his town, he is worried about the state of the nation, he is concerned about what has been happening to the world as a whole and how he can help to fix the important issues in the US. I do believe he was trying to inform the people that he is concerned for us all, he wants to fix what he can and address the issues of the state.
