If you draw a queen then you've drawn a face card so the probability is the same as drawing a face card. There are 52 cards in a deck, if you don't count jokers and there are 4•3 = 12 face cards (face card being Jacks, Queens & Kings and each coming in 4 suites). Therefore the chance is 12/52 = 3/13 chance.
