Ironically, cutting out fat can often make one fatter, especially when one skips meals, anorexia aside. When we miss meals, the body's starvation system stores carbs as fat instead. The ideal alternative is to eat good fat, such as animal fat, which the body needs a little of, every day. Most non-fat foods are loaded with sugar, which offer little energy. Eat six good, but small, meals a day and regular animal fat and protein. A daily balanced diet, where everything is in moderation, and perhaps a fat-dissolving pill, approved by one's doctor, can mean healthy diet changes! You also will benefit from doing some exercise that you enjoy, such as swimming, a great way to get buff!
