asked 10/21/19Find f(x) and g(x) so that the function can be described as y = f(g(x))
edit:
I forgot to add the following info;
y = (10) / ( √(2x + 9)
a.) f(x) = 10 , g(x) = √(2x + 9)
b.) f(x) = 10 / √(x) , g(x) = 2x + 9
c.) f(x) = 10 / x , g(x) = 2x + 9
d.) f(x) = √(2x + 9) , g(x) = 10

This appears to be a general question asking for a specific example. So,
let f(x) = x + 1 and g(x) = x2
A function y, called a composite function of f(x) and g(x) = f ο g = f(g(x))
For this example, f(g(x)) = x2 + 1
