One standard deviation away from the mean is 20.19. Two standard deviations away from the mean is 2 x 20.19. So 1.96 standard deviations away from the mean is 1.96 x 20.19 which is 39.5724. The find the x value just add that to the mean so the x value that is 1.96 standard deviations above the mean is 36.74 + 39.5724 or 76.3124.
There is a possibility your question could be asking about probabilities but you don't really say that so I'll leave the answer as I have stated.
