Most students in Nicaragua attend math, language, science, and history classes just as students all around the world. However the day is typically broken into two shifts so different grades attend in the morning and the other grades attend after lunch. The public schools are not very good compared to the private schools and many students who plan to pursue higher education need to attend private schools in order to prepare themselves adequately.
