Statistical distribution question

A coach company makes a profit if it books out at least 13 of its 20 coaches in a given day. The probability each coach is booked is 0.6. In a week calculate the probability that the coach company makes a profit on exactly 5 days.

Hi Andy,

This looks like you might want to use formuals for binomal distribution twice. geogebra.org/classic#probability has some nice functions. Change the distribution from normal to binomial, set n=20 and p=.6 to help determine the probability of profit for one day. Then use that as p= when n=7 to find the final amswer for one week.
