Another way to solve this is to look at how much the percentage makes it:
100% - 70% = 30% → .3 (the racket is currently at 30% of the original price)

70% is the same as multiplying by 70 and then dividing by 100, or simplified multiplying by 0.7.
$70 * 0.7 = $49 ==> This is the discount (70% off). Now we have to subtract that from the $70.
$70 - $49 = $21 ==> This is the sale price.
