How many pages would my manuscript be in paperback?

Say I have a 100 page manuscript in Courier, 11pt, double-spaced. How many paperback pages is this roughly equivalent to? Is there a better font/spacing to use?

Ultimately, your publisher will decide what font and spacing your book will use when you reach that stage, so I wouldn't worry about the font at this point. Book pages can range from 250-500 words approximately, per page, and the number of words would depend on the genre. To give you an idea, a 200 page book would be about 50,000-55,000 words.
