I'll give you two suggestions that were given to me by successful writers:
Good writing often depends on re-writing. Get your story down on paper first, and later on refine them.
Don't put down your pen at the end of a scene. Leave a bit more to do or begin the next one. That way, when you sit back down to it, you can get right back into it.
