You just use they/them/their as you would he/him/his/ and she/her/her. If you're writing an interview and need to clarify it's your interviewee's preferred pronoun, you may want to include something like: "Summer, who identifies as nonbinary, uses the pronouns they/them/their." If it's a deceased figure, see how they identified in life.
