Practice every day. Put yourself in situations where you make yourself use English. For example: at the grocery store, ask someone where to find an item, On the street, ask for directions. While waiting in line, talk to someone. The more you practice, the better you will become. Listening to English and repeating it when using online resources is good, but nothing is better than having a conversation with someone. Look for an English conversation club (sometimes at libraries), Find someone to practice with - maybe someone who wants to learn your native language. and you can take turns practicing. Listen to music and sing along.
