The relationship between the three is equal and they are closely intertwined. Some consider this poetic license, as it creates a rhythm and draws emphasis. However, I don't recommend you do this yourself unless you feel super confident it works. Many grammarians, and teachers, will consider it incorrect. Typically you see it in older literature and perhaps in speeches.
