What is (x - 3) (2x +3)

Please can someone tell me the answer to this question as soon as possible please! need done in 10-15min !!!!

Expand out:

(x - 3) (2x +3)

F - First = (x)(2x) = 2x²

O - Outer = (3)(x) = 3x

I - Inner = (-3)(2x) = -6x

L - Last = (-3)(3) = -9

2x²+3x-6x-9

The middle terms are like terms that can be combined together

2x²-3x-9

So, with that being said, then you can expand (x+3)(2x+3) by doing the following:

(x+3)(2x+3)

=2x²+3x-6x-9

=2x²+(3-6)x-9

=2x²-3x-9
