Does Farsi have the following learning infrastructure?

My first and only foreign language I learned was Mandarin Chinese, which has taken about 4 years to reach fluency. I'm ready to move on to a second language, and Farsi seems very appealing *if I can actually learn it* To learn Chinese I needed to do all of the following, or I would never have succeeded: * Enter a Farsi word into a dictionary, and have the dictionary provide me with a 100% unambiguous pronunciation. (for example with IPA) * Get videos online that feature large amounts of Farsi dialogue (for example talk shows, interviews, etc) with verbatim subtitles * Find engaging audiobooks and matching text online. Are these possible? Thanks so much for your help.
