The phrasing "I am use to watching..." is improper. I think perhaps you meant to write "I am used to watching..." In that case, which sentence you use will spend on what you mean to say.
If you want to say that in the past you watched English speaking videos, then you would say "I used to watch English speaking videos." This would suggest that you no longer watch these videos. You have stopped.
Or
If you want to say that you are accustomed to watching these videos from prior experience, you would say "I am used to watching English speaking videos." This would mean you're familiar with watching the videos.
