What is the connection between the liver(organ) UV radiation(sunlight) and bone tissue?

The skin exposure to UVB radiation provides 7-dehydrocholestrol, which is stored in the liver as 25(OH)D/calcitrol by liver enzyme pathway(CYP2R1)and enzyme 25 hydroxylase.It is then becomes biologically active in kidney to 1,25(OH)D by enzyme 1alpha hydroxylase, from here it goes to bone tissue for mineralization by ca and po4 (calcium and phosphate) regulation.
