You can use the LAW OF SINES . The LAW OF SINES states that sinA/a = sinB/b = sinC/c.
sinA = sin120° ; a = 8 ; b = 3. Since we know sinA/a = sinB/b we plug in all of these values and solve for ∠B.
So (sin120°)/8 = sinB/3
(sin120°)/8 × 3 = sinB
.32476 = sin B
sin-1 (.32476) = B
B = 18.95101°≈ 19°
