Lemon Bar recipe multiplied by 4

3 tbsp grated lemon zest

1 cup lemon juice (4-5 lemons)

1/2 cup milk

To quadruple a recipe, you must multiply each ingredient by 4, if you don't you have weird tasting lemon bars

6 large eggs x4 =24 large eggs

2 cups granulated sugar x4 =8 cups granulated sugar

3 tbsp grated lemon zest x4 = 12 tbsp grated lemon zest

1 cup lemon juice (4-5 lemons) x4 =4 cups of lemon juice (16 - 20 lemons)

1/2 cup milk x4/1 = 4/2 simplify it = 2 cups of milk

Pinch of salt x4 =4 Pinch of salt

4 1/2 cups AP flour x4 ....... turn 4 and 1/2 into a improper fraction by multiplying 4 by 2 and then add the result to the top.

You get 9/2 then multiply it by 4/1 to see how much flour you need for quadruple the recipe.

you receive 36/2 which simplifies to 18 cups AP flour.
