The most difficult thing for me personally is conjugating irregular verbs correctly. It can be hard to remember them sometimes! So, don't feel bad if you have trouble too.
Just try whatever sounds right at first, and whoever you're speaking to will probably try to correct you. Eventually, once you've been corrected enough times, you'll remember more easily.
However, this is just what I think is hard. What you may think of as the hardest thing about Spanish may be different based on your native language. If it's English, it may be pronunciation or conjugation. If it's another Romance language, like Portuguese or Italian, it may be not confusing Spanish words with words from your native language. If it's Russian or Chinese, it may be something else entirely.
Just don't let these difficulties discourage you! If I can speak for my fellow native Spanish speakers, we are always excited whenever someone wants to learn Spanish, and many of us are happy to help however we can.
If I can help you learn Spanish, let me know!
