How come Spanish is spoken only in Guinea in the continent of Africa? Did the Spanish never invade other parts of Africa?

That's correct! Besides it's colony in Western Sahara, Spain never devoted substantial resources to settling Africa. Their campaigns of conquest were much more focused on acquiring of territory across the sea in the America's -- which is why such a large swath of countries speak Spanish in that region today.
