Current Teacher Who WANTS to Teach Over Summer
I think the best way to practice is to have frequent conversations with someone who is fluent in English. If you are hearing it spoken correctly and they are repeating the correct way to speak back to you, your brain will start to associate how the sounds are supposed to sound to what you are saying.
For example, if I were to hear your sentence, "What habits or routines can I do to speak better and fluent?", I would respond, "To speak more fluently, you could try to have frequent conversations with someone who is able to speak fluently in the language you are learning." If you compare the two underlined sections, you see how I correct you by repeating the correct way to speak rather than just telling you what you did incorrectly. If you hear it done properly with the example you used, your brain will have more success in remembering how to speak.
I hope this helps and I'd love to have conversations with you if you'd like to set up a session!
