Measurements in D violate the Triangle Inequality Theorem which requires that the sum of the lengths of any two sides of a triangle must be greater than the length of its third side.
In this case, 3 + 3 = 6 which is not greater than the third side of length 6, therefore the Triangle Inequality Theorem is violated and these can't be the measures of the sides of a triangle.
