Help, Quadralateral/Graph Problem ?!?

A quadrilateral is graphed in the coordinate plane below. Which classification best describes the quadrilateral (parallelogram, rhombus, etc.)?

A cartesian coordinate plane. The horizontal axis extends from negative 8 to 23 and is labeled with 1 number for 1 grid unit. The vertical axis extends from negative 12 to 14 and is labeled with 1 number for 1 grid unit. A quadrilateral is drawn with vertices at the point 3 comma 13, the point 15 comma 5, the point 13 comma negative 11, and the point negative 2 comma negative 1.

The top and bottom sides have the same slope (-2/3) so they are parallel; the other two sides have different slopes so they are not parallel. A quadrilateral with one pair of parallel sides is a trapezoid.
