Farsi is my Native language
Hi there,
The sentence is completely correct, but you need to write it in this form :
این میوه ی زرد، خوب است
the sentence is describing the "Meeve ye zard", so you are announcing that the yellow fruit, is good.
you can use in two ways:
1)this yellow fruit is good,
این میوه ی زرد خوب است
here the yellow is an adj, but you are describing the yellow fruit to be good.
or
2)this good fruit is yellow.
این میوه ی خوب زرد است
in this example, the good is an adj but in term of a sentence you are saying that the good fruit is yellow.
in Farsi we call this kinds of sentence: Jomleye vasfee
جمله ی وصفی
but if you are going to use both yellow and good as direct adjs you have too say:
een meeve ye khoob e zard
این میوه ی خوبِ زرد
or
een meeve ye zard e khoob
این میوه ی زردِ خوب
but this total expression is a subject and you can now decribe the good yellow fruit.
I hope that I could help you understand it.
