Psychology is a study of the scientific study of the "mind" and behavior. Neuropsychology is also the study of behavior, but it focuses on the biological mechanisms in the nervous system that help predict and explain those behaviors. Neurobiology focuses more on the mechanisms within the nervous system - while biology does examine behaviors, neurobiology focuses more on the interactions of the anatomical and physiological structures.
