I cannot pronounce the persian r (ر)! Help!

Help a farsi learner! After eight months, I am desperate to pronounce the farsi r. My Afghan friends were not patient with me, so I never learnt. Thanks!

Actually it's not that much different or even harder than other languages when we are talking of pronouncing (ر). It's like pronouncing the word "Rectangle" in english but you have to cut letters after "Re". So, it's pronounced just "Re"! Like rectangle without "ctangle"! Have this in mind to always remember how to pronounce "ر". Contact me if you needed further help!
