Am I saying this correctly?

If I wanted to say "I would like to improve my Persian" would I say/write it like this. من فارسی ام را بهبود خواهم بخشيد Man farsi-aem ra behbud khahaem bakhshid. Also would there be a difference between "I would like to improve my Farsi" and "I will improve my Farsi".

The 1st case is saying that :

من دوست دارم (تمایل دارم) فارسی ام را بهبود ببخشم

Man doost daraem (Tamayol daraem) farsi-aem ra behbud bebakhsham

the 2nd one is saying that :

من فارسی ام را بهبود خواهم بخشید.

as you said.

so the two cases are different somehow. the first one indicates that you're willing to and you like to improve it but the second one is saying that you decided to improve it and says nothing about your tendency.
