ب را د ر ا ن = from right to left it is beh, reh, alef, daal, reh, alef, noon - so the B sound, R sound, Ah sound, D sound, R sound, Ah sound, N sound. Between the beh and the reh is an invisible vowel sound for a short A sound like as in apple. And that same sound marker is hiding between daal and reh in the third syllable.

Also - I strongly recommend learning the alphabet by not just listening and reading it but writing it. Often, when we write, it causes us to retain the information better. For gaining a good foundation on pronunciation of alphabet letters - there is an alphabet song on youtube. It may seem juvenile but singing the song will also be helpful. Any new language is best learned as you did when you were a child learning to speak your native tongue.09/24/19
