Best way to learn the alphabet/ help with words?

So I am trying to learn the alphabet first, but am finding it difficult as I'm not used to the script yet. So what's the best way to learn? Learn the alphabet first by studying or by looking at words, I want your input. And also if you could break down the word "bardaran" or "برادران" into each individual letter I would appreciate that. I can already recognize the "be", but the other ones I am just not sure of.

ب را د ر ا ن = from right to left it is beh, reh, alef, daal, reh, alef, noon - so the B sound, R sound, Ah sound, D sound, R sound, Ah sound, N sound. Between the beh and the reh is an invisible vowel sound for a short A sound like as in apple. And that same sound marker is hiding between daal and reh in the third syllable.
