Must and have to mean in general that someone has to do something and can't avoid it. For example, he must answer the phone because his friend has an important message for him.
Have got to has some of the same meaning but suggest that someone or something other than himself/herself is pushing him/her to do something. In other words, it suggests that there is a reason why s/he must do something.
