We have to start here by assuming that we are dealing with the two traditionally recognized biological sexes and not the social construct of gender, of which there are more than two.

100 x 5/9 = percent of girls = 55.56%

100 x 4/9 = percent of boys = 44.44%

Two thirds of the girls are wearing glasses, so:

2/3 x .5556 = .37 = 37% are wearing glasses

No boys are wearing glasses (or, at least, the problem does not say that any boys are wearing glasses). So, to get the percentage of all the people who aren't wearing glasses, we can subtract 37% from 100%:
