The standard slope-intercept format is y = m*x + b.
Equation 1:
Simply rearrange the equation to give: y = -2*x + 7 done! slope = -2, intercept at y = 7
Equation 2:
First, rearrange to give : 4*y = 3*x - 5
Next, divide both sides by 4 to give: y = 3*x/4 - 5/4 slope = +3/4, intercept at y = -5/4
