Assuming these numbers are 15 , 1, 8 , 15 , 1 ,8
The median is the middle number when you arrange the numbers from least to greatest.
The mean is the same of the average of all the numbers.
Arranging the number from least to greatest is : 1 , 1 , 8, 8, 15 . If you have an even number of number the median is the average of the middle two number . That is (8+8)/2 = 8
The mean=average is the sum of all the numbers divided by the number of numbers. That is (!5+1+8 +15 +1+8)/6 - 48/6=8
So the median is = 8 ; mean = 8 which is my final answer.
