Help making sentences in Farsi using adjectives.

I would like some help making simple sentences using adjectives. For example if I said I wanted to say red(ghermez) house(khaneh), it would be khaneh ye ghermez, correct. Would about if I wanted to say white(sefid) horse(asb), would be asb e sefid. If you could tell me how to correctly say and write these two I would appreciate that. Also do I have to do anything else besides add "ye" or "e" after a noun when I want to describe it.
