I don't believe in taking jobs that go against my principles. I rather not make the money than be mad at myself for taking it. You could say, "Thank you for the opportunity to do this for you, however, I'm not a good fit for this project." If you know another designer that would do such a thing, refer the client to that person. Otherwise, just decline the job and move on to the next. If you are working at an agency or studio, ask your creative director to assign the client to someone else.
