A couple of basic Farsi questions.

1. What does it mean when there is an 'he' ه after a word? For example قشنگه vs قشنگ. 2. Is there a difference between 'ki' and 'keh' or 'chi' and 'che'? 3. How would I express 'I want to' or 'wish to' do something?

Roja A.

Hello. "ه" is like" is" in English, but it is used in informal speaking. Instead of this flower is beautiful, you can say" این گل قشنگ است "or "این گل قشنگه."The second one is used only in speaking. You should know that when your subject is plural, you cant add "ه" to nouns and adjectives. instead, you add " ـَند." For example to say " these flowers are beautiful, you should say "این گل‌ها قشنگَند."
