Filler words in Farsi

Question

Any farsi speakers here who could advise on commonly used 'fillers' (ie like/um in English)?

Off the top of my head, I can think of these words:

khob or Ba'ad meaning then

Ya'ani: This word literally means "it means", but when you use it as a filler, it has no meaning or significance. For example: Ya'ani, delam mikhad alan bekhaabam./ ----, I want to sleep right now.

Although these words are used as fillers, you cannot just randomly use them they way you would "um" or "err". They still carry a sense of collocation with them.
