You should capitalize the first word and last word of any heading, regardless of the part of speech. Words that are not capitalized are conjunctions (and, or, but, nor, yet, so, for), articles (a, an, the), or prepositions (in, to, of, at, by, up, for, off, on). All other words are capitalized.
