Why is that the derivative of ln(x) equal to 1/x , instead of 1/|x|? I can't draw a negative tangent line to ln(x) curve but 1/x can be negative. Can you explain this?

lnx is only defined for positive numbers: domain of lnx is x>0. Therefore 1/x>0, for x>0.
