Can we use "Result" instead of "Conclusion" as a title in a paper/article?

My paper is about computer science and I want to use one of these words as the title of a section. Which word should I use: *result* or *conclusion*?

Result and conclusion mean different things. Results would be summarizing the findings, and a conclusion would be wrapping up the paper, reiterating main points, and a call to action.

In the sciences, "Results" and "Conclusion" have specific meanings. If you are collecting or analyzing data, the Results section of a write up should include the data you found. The Conclusion is an interpretation of your results as they relate to the original hypothesis, or question, that you were investigating.
