Paul refers to being caught up to a "3rd Heaven" so were is the first and second heaven?

2 Cor. 12:2 "I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven."

The first heaven is often referred to as our sky, and the second heaven as outer space. The third heaven is heaven, in the presence of God.
