As a Persian (Farsi) speaker, I have never heard of "Tahaghogh Keshidan". The collocation is wrong. The verbs you use with "Tahaghogh" are

Tahaghogh Yaftan: to realize (not as a person realizing something, but more as something coming to fruition)

Beh Tahaghogh Reseedan: to come to fruition
